ABOUT ME
I am a Lecturer at the Brunel Law School,
West London.

I completed a doctoral research at
University
College Cork - National University of
Ireland
where I was awarded a presidential
scholarship for doctoral studies in the Faculty
of Law under the supervision of
Professor
Irene Lynch Fannon and Dr Ursula KilKelly.

I am a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme
Court of Nigeria and was engaged in the
practice of law in Nigeria before moving to
Europe for further studies. I was a barrister in
the law firm of
Chief Afe Babalola, SAN &
Co, one of the leading law firms in Nigeria.

I did my first degrees in English (Language
and Literature) and Law at the University of
Ilorin and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife,
Nigeria respectively. I further did a Masters
degree in Law at the University of Ibadan,
Nigeria.

I completed a Master’s degree in International
Economic Law at the
University of Warwick,
Coventry, U.K in 2005.

My research areas include Corporate Law
Theory, Corporate Governance, Corporate
Social Responsibility, International Law,
Human Rights and Multinational Corporations.
