OLUFEMI AMAO'S RESEARCH WEBSITE
Welcome! Thanks for visiting my home page. This site provides
information about my research works, my professional interests,
career and my views on topical issues. I was a Lecturer at the
University College Cork and joined the Brunel Law School, West
London in September, 2009 as a lecturer in international
commercial law. In 2009, I completed a doctoral research at the
Faculty of Law, University College Cork - National University of
Ireland where I was awarded a President's scholarship. I have
practised law in two leading law firms in Nigeria before moving
to Europe for further studies.
My research areas include
Corporate Law Theory, International Commercial Law,
Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility,
Human Rights, International law and Multinational
Corporations
